Paid work

Every engagement starts with a written scope: what we test, with which methods, against which standard, for what fee. Reports are yours on payment, including the VPAT and ACR.

Compliance evidence, not legal advice

Buyers, procurement teams and counsel all ask about compliance, so this is what we hand them: every finding mapped to the WCAG 2.2 success criterion it fails, the method that confirmed it, and the standard and version it was tested against. That is the evidence a VPAT or ACR records, and the evidence your counsel works from.

What we never promise

We never promise legal compliance, a lawsuit outcome or a barrier-free certificate, and we do not give legal advice. Whether a product meets a law, and what follows if it does not, is a question for your counsel and the regulator; our part is to report exactly what passes and what fails.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
